Optimal use of DAI

Happy Friday! Question (both from a listener and podcasters viewpoint):

What’s your “that’s okay” point for dynamic content insertion? For example, I’m thinking sponsor message (30 secs) pre-roll, and internal “follow show” mid-roll (30 secs) on a 40 min episode.
